All business facebook page owners should take a look at this setting to protect your page from negative posts:
1. Settings, General
2. Visitor Posts
3. Make sure "Review posts by other people before they are published to the page" is selected.
4. Save Changes
Every time Facebook updates, it changes the video sound setting back to "autoplay."
If you want to choose when Facebook videos play sound, follow these steps:
Select the three dashes top right
Select Settings and Privacy, then Settings
Scroll down to Media and Contacts
Turn "videos start with sound" off
Scroll down to Autoplay and select "Never autoplay videos"
There, it's fixed til the next update (probably Friday)!
